When enabled, the app can automatically identify when a product code has changed in the ERP and synchronize the new product code using the product's unique identifier.

This allows the existing product to be updated instead of the changed product code being interpreted as a new product.

Product codes may occasionally be changed in the ERP as part of normal product or data maintenance.

Without synchronization, a changed product code could potentially be treated as a different product when data is imported. This can result in duplicated products or a break in the product's existing data history.

Enable Synchronize product codes if your ERP supplies a unique identifier for each product and you want future product code changes to be automatically recognized and synchronized.
